Russian military institutions to accept another 88 Azerbaijanis
Russia’s Defense Ministry is awaiting the dialogue with Azerbaijan to intensify as to security and confidence-building measures in the Caspian Sea, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said of the results of the Baku meeting between the two countries’ defense ministers.
Antonov noted that he thinks the meeting of the intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation, which will take place in Moscow this fall, will give positive results.

He added that the armed forces of Azerbaijan continue to produce military personnel successfully.

"At the moment, 65 Azerbaijani servicemen currently study free of charge at educational institutions of the Russian Defense Ministry. This year, we are going to accept another 88 soldiers,” he said.
