The three-storey school has 26 classrooms. It has an enrollment of more than 700 students. There is a special classroom for physically disabled children here.
The delegation met with school principal Fabio Minioni, who hailed the role of the school in promoting Azerbaijan to the young generation.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Samaya Mammadova said, the school named after Azerbaijan 8 months ago was proposed by the member of the municipality of Rio de Janeiro Joao Ribas.
