Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited Armenian citizen Agetsyan Henrik Sayerbekovich, who was detained in Nakhchivan.
Head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office Ilaha Huseynova told, the detainee was allowed to convey messages to his family and was given messages from his family.
