The memorandum of understanding was signed by Inam Karimov, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Hong Yun-sik, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
Karimov said the memorandum of understanding aims to achieve more efficiency in cooperating in the aforesaid area.
The Korean minister in his turn said both countries have to share their experience in the area of e-government in order to be able to provide a quality e-service to the population. He added that the memorandum of understanding has laid the foundation of a close cooperation in the area of e-government and public administration.
