Participating at the forum as a keynote speaker, the founder of “B.EST Solutions” company Mrs. Yana Krimpe provided detailed information about “Asan İmza” mobile e-signature, operated by her company, and spoke about the mechanisms and advantages of this service. She shared with the experience of “B.EST Solutions” in the sphere of provision of innovative solutions in the implementation of the e-government concept in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Introduction of the innovative service of “Asan İmza” based on the latest international standards is a successful example of the public and private sectors cooperation in Azerbaijan. Such a model is extremely necessary for introduction of innovative technologies in the country and is widely used worldwide.

She mentioned that despite the particular popularity of “Asan İmza” in rendering of public services in Azerbaijan, it opens broad opportunities for the private sector as well. Currently over 20 companies including local banks, insurance companies, online payment platforms etc. use mobile ID solution in their systems which increases efficiency of interaction with the customer, ensures full security of data in the e-environment and saves costs and resources spent on traditional customer service channels.

It is worth to mention that despite the leading positions of the Republic of Korea in world’s innovation and technology rankings, there is no mobile ID solution similar to the Azerbaijani one in this country. The technology of “Asan İmza” presented at the forum attracted the attention of the Korean side which expressed its interest in further discussion of the perspectives of mutual collaboration in the field of adoption of the Azerbaijani experience.
