Press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told that at the meeting with the President, Abdullayev emphasized that Azerbaijan is interested in the development of relations with Ethiopia, that is one of main countries of the African continent, enhancement of cooperation in a number of fields, including economic, humanitarian, cultural and educational fields and said there is a great potential for a new era of relations between the two countries.
In his turn, Teshome said that his country attaches great importance to developing relations with Azerbaijan that is of special significance for him.
The President of Ethiopia wished Abdullayev success in his work.
They also discussed the possibility of future cooperation in various fields.
