Qatar appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

Qatar appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Tuesday Emiri decision no. 30 of 2016 appointing Youssef Hassan Youssef Al Saai as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar in Azerbaijan, Qatar’s foreign ministry said on its website.

The new ambassador will replace Sayar bin Abdurrahman al Maawdah.
