23 killed in Karbala, Iraq by bomb attack
A bomb blast has ripped through a neighbourhood in Iraq’s Karbala province killing atleast 23 people and wounding dozens more. This number is expected to rise.
PressTV have reported that security sources, requesting not to be named, said the blast took place in the town of Ayn Tamer, located 120 kilometers (74.5 miles) west of the provincial capital Karabala, leaving 15 people dead and 16 others injured.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, but it assumed that it was most likely perpetrated by ISIS.

Karbala is a Shi’ite holy city, in which radical Wahhabist ISIS views the Shia as heretics.
