Mark Zuckerberg gifts model solar-powered drone to Pope Francis
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has gifted Pope Francis a model of a solar-powered drone which is designed to "beam connectivity to places" without internet access.
The 32-year-old and his wife Priscilla saw the Pope at the Vatican yesterday in a meeting he described as one "we`ll never forget".

"We told him how much we admire his message of mercy and tenderness, and how he`s found new ways to communicate with people of every faith around the world," he wrote in a Facebook post.

"We also discussed the importance of connecting people, especially in parts of the world without internet access."
The real drone, dubbed Aquila, weighs less than a car and can stay in the air for months at a time.

However, some social media users were more preoccupied with the picture that was attached to the post, which shows Zuckerberg presenting the gift to Pope Francis in a suit.

"Where is the grey shirt? Man, the Pope must be a important man he got Mark dressed up!", Jason Beers wrote, receiving more than 2,500 likes.
