The process of clarification and approval of the lists of voters, who temporarily or permanently reside outside Azerbaijan at the time of the referendum, has been completed.
The period for the country’s district electoral committees to submit voter ID cards to polling stations, as well as informing voters about the referendum via media outlets and information boards, has also ended Sept. 1.
