A campaign in connection with the upcoming referendum is to commence in Azerbaijan on Sept.3.
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to hold a referendum Sept. 26 for making amendments to the country’s Constitution.
Under the Election Code, a campaign prior to the referendum begins 23 days before the day of voting.
