`I feel proud that our country has presented intellectual product “ASAN service” to world`
“ASAN service” is an Azerbaijani product and innovation. We feel proud that the intellectual product which has no analogues in the world is presented to the world with Azerbaijani authorship.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made the remarks in “ASAN service” center in Masalli on Sept.3.

The head of state said that “ASAN service” has been operating in Azerbaijan for about 4 years and it was able to win the sympathy of the people in such a short period. “Some countries are striving to learn from our experience and cooperate with us in various formats. It shows that our initiative has indeed yielded great results and it`s a very good public resonance as well. 98 percent of people enjoy this service. Three million five hundred people have applied to “ASAN service” centers during these years. The total number of applications is 11 million 3 hundred. The 11th center has already started to operate. We will start the construction of 4 centers in other regions. Our goal is to provide the people in all regions with modern public services. “ASAN service” is an innovation, transparency and culture. In fact, the existence of “ASAN service” demonstrates new rules of conduct. Citizens are provided with good service in a comfortable, civilized and transparent manner without putting forward any illegal demand and they are satisfied with this service. 10 mobile buses are operating. We are trying to provide services to all layers of the country’s population. This center will serve to 6 districts, including Masalli, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Lerik, Astara, Yardimli. More than 800 people live in these districts. The work of “ASAN service” deserves great appreciation. Azerbaijani citizens know it. I am proud that we, as an independent state, were also able to present an intellectual product to the world”, said Ilham Aliyev.
