The head of state said that domestic resources should be increased. “It is the policy of the Azerbaijani state. We have a great potential. We have to use 100 percent of this potential. Industry, agriculture, investment, entrepreneurship should be developed transparently. Other fields of agriculture should also be developed. These works should be done much faster. Additional conditions are being created for development of entrepreneurship, reforms are underway”, Aliyev said.
The president said that entrepreneurs react very positively to the reforms: “Investment is increasing, incentive mechanism is being used. Our export potential is growing. We have to do all these in order to completely eliminate our dependence on oil. As long as we implement these projects, we will have more financial resources. We will direct our financial resources to social projects, including construction of hospitals, schools and highways and solution of internally displaced persons’ problems. Thousands of IDPs have settled in Bilasuvar district. Their problems are being solved and will be solved. Thus, our country will develop successfully. The country will strengthen as long as the districts develop and we should always rely on domestic resources”, said the president.
