The State Agency has been instructed to take measures for improvement of its centers and pay employees monthly premium for a year for encouragement of its employees as well as volunteers and employees of other state agencies operating in ASAN Service centers.
The Ministry of Finance is due to solve issues relating to the order.
The order had come into force on August 1, 2016.
