Four organizations –- Citizen`s Labor Rights Protection League, Citizen`s Labor Rights Protection League, ELS Independent Research Center and Opinion Monitoring Center have appealed to Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) to hold an exit poll in the upcoming referendum.
Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev earlier signed an order to hold a referendum on making amendments to the country’s Constitution on Sept.26, 2016.
