Azerbaijan to fine entrepreneurs allowing falsification during inspections

New fines are being set for entrepreneurs allowing falsification during inspections.

Annexes offered to the article #602.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences have today been discussed at the meeting of Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis.

According to amendment, the entrepreneurs who submit distorted documents and give untrue information during the inspections will be fined in the amount of AZN 1,000-1,500.

The draft amendments were recommended to the plenary meeting of the Milli Majlis.
