Executive Secretary of the “Real” movement Natig Jafarli has been released, lawyer Javad Javadli told APA.
He noted that the Nasimi District Court decided to cancel the arrest as a preventive measure for Natig Jafarli.
Natig Jafarli himself told that the decision was made on the basis of the recommendation of the General Prosecutor`s Office.
“But the criminal investigation about me continues,” he concluded.
On 12 August, Jafarli was called to the Investigation Department for Grave Crimes of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Then he was taken to Nasimi district court which sentenced him to four months’ pretrial detention.
Natig Jafarli is charged with illegal business (Article 192) and abusing official powers (Article 308).
