He said the ballot papers will be distributed to constituency election commissions from Sep.14 and this process will probably last till Sep.18.
CEC Chairman said the registration of observers continues. “The CEC registered 1 057 observers, including 777 NGO representatives. 167 of them were registered at their own initiative and 2 upon special permission. 82 of them are members of New Azerbaijan initiative group and 29 of Civil Society initiative group,” he said.
