The offender demands a ransom from the owner of the brewery.
An unidentified man threatens to stage an explosion at the Obolon brewery in Kiev unless he is paid a ransom, a spokesman for Kiev’s national police said on Monday.

"A police front office in Kiev’s Obolon district received information that a brewery has been mined in Bogatyrskaya Street. The offender demands a ransom from the owner threatening to blow the building up," police said.

Police officers are examining the building and territories around it.
