According to witnesses , the man entered into the basin of Alexanderplatz fountain with a broken bottle and threatened to cut his throat . His chest was covered something red. The police reached the offender with the help of a crane . According to the source, the offender is a citizen of Egypt . His actions has caused a delay in the process of granting him a refugee status.
