Azerbaijani MPs will monitor the election to the Russian State Duma to be held on September 18.
Chairman of the Milli Majlis Legal Policy and State Building Committee Ali Huseynli and MP Mukhtar Babayev will monitor the election in Moscow and Tver through the CIS Executive Committee.
