According to Nice Matin newspaper, eight people, who had links to attack perpetrator Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel were arrested in Alpes-Maritimes department over the past two days.
On July 14, Bouhlel, 31-year-old resident of Tunisian origin, rammed a truck into a large crowd celebrating Bastille Day in the city of Nice, killing 86 people and injuring over 400 more. Daesh terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack which was qualified by French President Francois Hollande as a terrorist attack.
