The BTK is one of the international projects which are included in the Silk Road project: ` The BTK opens new opportunities for integration of our region to the East and West. Furthermore, it will contribute to the development of economy of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. In this regard, our countries should give priority to the economic projects which will bring stability to the region`, he said.

Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is very significant project, whereas, the international arena did not support this project. This is a strategic project which needs large funds and is implemented by Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, professor, economical expert Vladimir Papava told.
