TURKPA to observe constitutional referendum in Azerbaijan

Following an invitation from the Milli Mejlis (parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the TURKPA International Observers Mission will conduct a short-term monitoring of the referendum on the amendments to the country’s Constitution on 26 September 2016.
The mission will be comprised of parliamentarians from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, as well as of the TURKPA Secretariat.
