Azerbaijan`s embassy to France has completed all preparatory arrangements for a referendum to make amendments to the country`s Constitution due on September 26.
A polling station was set up at the Cultural Center of the embassy where France-based Azerbaijani citizens eligible to vote can cast their ballots.
