Observers of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly have monitored the opening of referendum at polling station #2 of the Sabail District Constituency Election Commission #29 in the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Ilyas Umakhanov, head of the CIS PA observation mission said that they have observed the preparations for the voting process at the polling station.
