The initial report of the PACE observation mission on Azerbaijan’s referendum will be discussed at the Assembly’s autumn session, co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Caesar Florin Preda told.
The PACE autumn session will is due to take place on Oct. 10-14.
