Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov cast his vote at the polling station #22 of Nasimi-Sabail constituency #22 as the constitutional referendum got underway in the country, AZERTAC reported.
The number of registered voters at the polling station is 1,203. The voting is monitored by international and local observers.
