As of 03:00 pm, the constituencies with the highest and the lowest voter turnout in referendum on making amendments to Azerbaijan’s Constitution have been announced.
The highest voter turnout was recorded in Khazar constituency #14 (67,2%). The lowest voter turnout was registered in the third Yasamal constituency #17 (36,04%).
