The Venice Commission’s preliminary opinion on the proposed amendments to Azerbaijan’s Constitution doesn’t reflect reality, Head of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev told reporters on Monday.
`They have not held discussions with us. Furthermore, we have not sent them any document. They arrived at this opinion in regard with an order. Referendum will contribute to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is developing and referendum was conducted in accordance with the development`, Mehdiyev said.
