The voting was held silently and there was unimpeded entry to the polling stations. There was no intervention by police and local officials and no problem with confidential voting. The process of inking voters’ fingers was completed appropriately and the voting was observed online via surveillance cameras. The referendum was held in keeping with international standards by a professional team. Minor technical problems at some polling stations didn’t affect the voting. A large number of local observers monitored the voting. The voting was counted freely and transparently,” he noted.
