Armenia ignores position of int’l community on Karabakh conflict -Baku
Armenia does not comply with the agreements reached during the negotiations on the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and it continues to ignore the position of the international community on the conflict, said Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov.
He made the remarks at a meeting with a delegation led by Australian Senator Christopher John, who also heads the Australia-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group, in Baku Sept. 28.

Khalafov noted, the conflict poses a serious threat to peace and security in the region.

The continuation of Armenia’s aggressive policy and the occupation of Azerbaijani territories is the main reason for the lack of progress in resolving the conflict, he added.
