The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan has informed on the consequences of the unstable weather in Baku, AzVision.az reports citing the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
As a result of torrential rain courtyards, streets and avenues were filled with rain water, disruptions in the movement of public transport were observed in the capital.
