They discussed the creation of agricultural parks, pesticides production enterprises, logistics centres for keeping and trading the livestock products, export of Azerbaijan-made agricultural products to the UAE and other countries.
MBM Group Corporate Affairs Director Federico Carvellini expressed the company`s keenness to cooperate with Azerbaijan, pointing to the country`s strategic location between Asia and Europe, its development and the leadership`s attention to agriculture.
He reaffirmed MBM Group`s interest in providing technical and financial assistance for the development of agriculture in Azerbaijan.
Carvellini said that MBM Group will submit a proposal to the Ministry of Agriculture with the aim of investing in restructuring the infrastructure of Azerbaijan`s agriculture and creating agricultural parks in the country.
