The “Khojaly syndrome” is on a par wit the “Vietnam and Afghanistan syndrome”, said Hijran Huseynova, chairwoman of the Azerbaijani State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs.
She made the remarks addressing the round table on “The Importance of preserving human capital in terms of mass movement of people as a basis for sustainable development” held within the 5th Baku International Humanitarian Forum Sep.30.
