The 25th anniversary of the partnership between Azerbaijan and the European Union (EU) is marked this year and this partnership is primarily based on the communication and relationships among people, said Malena Mard, head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan.
Mard made the remarks Oct. 1 at the opening ceremony of the European village in Baku.
