Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the grave of the first President of Islam Karimov as part of his official visit to the country on Oct. 4, said Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry.
Minister Hasanov laid flowers at the Uzbek president’s grave.
