Azerbaijan approves list of officials having access to information comprising commercial confidentiality
President of Azerbaijan has issued an order on approval of the list of the officials having access to information comprising the commercial (tax) confidentiality.
List of the officials having access to information comprising the commercial (tax) confidentiality:

1. Minister of Taxes

2. First Deputy Minister of Taxes

3. Deputies Minister of Taxes

4. Chief of the Tax Policy and Strategic Research Main Department of the Ministry of Taxes

5. Chief of the Office for Internal security of the Ministry of Taxes

6. Head of the Legal Main Department of the Ministry of Taxes

7. Main Department on Analysis and Control Over Tax Risks of the Ministry of Taxes

8. Head of Tax Audit and Operative Control Department of the Ministry of Taxes

9. Heads of departments under the Ministry of Taxes

10. Heads of territorial tax departments, territorial tax offices and district tax departments of the Ministry of Taxes

11. Head of office on combating economic and organized crime under the Primary Investigation of Tax Crimes Department under the Ministry of Taxes
