The Brussels Conference on Afghanistan, co-hosted by the European Union and the Government of Afghanistan, kicked off on Oct. 5.
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is attending the conference chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.
