`Some ambassadors refuse to sign book on 25th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s independence`
Ambassadors of some countries to Azerbaijan have refused to sign a book on the 25th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s independence, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, chief of the administration`s foreign relations department, in Baku Oct. 7.

He made the remarks during the international conference “Azerbaijan’s role on global and regional arena: Realities and Prospects” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s independence.

“This is a kind of indicator. I’m not a diplomat. However, what do the major states benefit the instability in the world,” said the top official. “The major states lead the processes to a deadlock which is impossible to get out of.”

Mammadov noted that Azerbaijan pursues a successful policy, and it has quite high ability to maneuver.
