However, we thought we must respond to his ignorance and nonsensical statements this time. Since Vienna and Saint Petersburg meeting, Sergs Sargsyan, head of the military dictatorship in Armenia, has been trying to break negotiation process with lies and tragicomic games and maintain status quo. Unfortunately, OSCE MG chairs don’t show necessary determination and put pressure on Sargsyan’s regim to achieve progress in negotiations and change status quo”.
