China, Azerbaijan, Serbia, India and Kazakhstan plan to send humanitarian aid to Syria, Russia Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov told in his speech at the Xiangshan Forum on security held in Beijing, China on Oct 11.
Russia-initiative large-scale humanitarian operation has been launched in Aleppo, Anatoly Antonov said.
