The Kazakh security forces have detained three members of a radical group, who planned to carry out terrorist attacks against law enforcement agencies in the country, the Kazakh National Security Committee (NSC) said in a statement Tuesday.
"On October 10, 2016, NSC officers detained three members of a radical group in Almaty, suspected of planning terrorist attacks against law enforcement and special agencies," the statement reads.
