`Psychologically vulnerable people living along contact line need assistance`
Psychologically vulnerable people living along the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops are in need of assistance, Bahar Muradova, vice-speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, chairperson of the parliamentary Committee on human rights, said in her speech at the committee meeting on Wednesday.
“Our people are suffering from apprehension caused by Armenian troops shelling the area. As the parliamentary Committee on human rights, we must take care of this issue,” she said.

The vice-speaker stressed that the rights of these people should be defended in international courts.
