`Frozen state of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict could at any moment lead to hot war`
"Armenia is not interested in resolving the conflict, it is satisfied with the state of “neither peace nor war”
“To achieve progress in the negotiations mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group has not been possible yet. Armenia is not interested in resolving the conflict,” reads deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Head of Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov’s article on “Azerbaijan” newspaper

Mammadov said that Armenia is satisfied with the state of "neither peace nor war."

"The worsening situation on the contact line of troops, accompanied by numerous victims, which was the result of provocation of the Armenian side in the beginning of April 2016 has once again demonstrated that the frozen state of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict could at any moment lead to a hot war. International mediators, though in favor of preserving the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, but for some reason prefer not to take a clear position. We expect the co-chairing countries, as well as the international community of concrete steps for a just resolution of the conflict. Failure to comply with the principles of justice draws the region and world to the crisis, "said Mammadov.
