A new amendment is proposed to be made to the law of Azerbaijan on courts and judges.
According to the proposed amendments to Articles 43 and 61 of the law, the territorial jurisdiction of administrative-economic courts as well as courts of appeal will be defined by the Judicial Council, the parliament told.
