OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are planning to meet with the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia as part of an OSCE Ministerial Council’s meeting in Hamburg, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said at a press conference in Baku.
“In general, we try to use every opportunity to organize such meetings,” said Warlick.
