On the sidelines of the visit, Hasanov met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.
During the meeting, a number of issues, as well as public and political relations between the two countries were discussed.
The sides exchanged views on issues related to the development of a new strategy for ensuring joint activities of Turkish and Azerbaijani diaspora organizations.
They also discussed the issue of raising Turkey-Azerbaijan strategic cooperation to a new level, as well as prospects for development of bilateral relations.
