Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has extended condolences to the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani over the death of the former Qatari Emir Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani.
“I was deeply saddened by the news of the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani, former Emir of Qatar,” President Aliyev said in his letter of condolences.
