The 45 planning projects agreed for construction over the next 5 years cover an area of a total of 175 ha.
The State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture told that according to the documents, the residential area of 324 thousand square meters will be replaced with a new residential area of 1,8 million square meters which will meet all modern requirements and it was agreed by the committee. Construction of 350 buildings has been designed. 4,000 apartments will be replaced with 18,000 new apartments.
